In the previous episodes, Doctor Ernesto took Johnny to a specialist because Johnny had inflamed muscles in his legs. Johnny signed a promissory note to cover the cost of the treatment and the specialist started the treatment and he can walk again. He goes to the football club to collect his pay because he has to pay the doctor.
