I saw an interview with a producer who pioneered these loops. He said he and friends hit the streets of San Francisco during the heyday of the hippy/counterculture movement offering 50-75 bucks for work. The idea of a career was probably not in the picture for this girl. She probably make some quick bucks and moved on to a normal life..
